Before moving into personal and business development, I worked as an architect.
That work taught me to understand the whole before changing individual parts. To look at what is needed, what already exists, what influences what, and what a decision will affect elsewhere.
That way of thinking stayed with me. For more than a decade, I have worked with people across countries and professions on personal development, entrepreneurship, relationships, communication, mindset and business.
