The Founding Cohort begins with a live, 12-week Build Phase. You will work through four essential business foundations, make practical decisions for your own business and turn those decisions into structures you can continue using.

03 // The Build Phase
Twelve weeks of guided construction.
This is not a passive online course, nor a collection of videos to watch “one day.”
The three-month Build Phase consists of 12 live strategic workshops. Each workshop connects the curriculum to your own business so that learning becomes a decision, a tool or a working process.
What the Build Phase includes
Live attendance is encouraged because questions, reflection and shared work are part of the experience. If your schedule prevents you from attending a workshop, you can use the replay and continue with the weekly work.
The first workshop takes place on Tuesday, 22 September 2026. The Build Phase then continues every Tuesday for 12 weeks.

Guidance, application and responsibility.
You will not be asked to copy somebody else’s business model.
You will use the curriculum to examine your own business, make decisions and create structures that fit your expertise, values and stage of development.
We provide the framework, questions, tools and guidance. You remain responsible for the decisions and the work. That is not a small footnote. It is how the program creates something you can genuinely own.
Live strategic workshops
These are focused working sessions, not passive lectures. Concepts are connected to practical questions from your own business.
Strategic workbooks
The 12 workbooks help you document your decisions, models, processes and next actions. Together, they become a working reference for the business you are building.
A shared weekly rhythm
All three participation levels move through the same 12-week curriculum. You may attend live or use the replay when needed, but the weekly structure gives the work momentum.
Longer supervision where needed
Incubator and Advisory continue for nine additional months after the Build Phase. This creates space to review implementation, correct drift and develop the structures beyond their first version.

The Founding Cohort is the first live delivery of this complete program structure.
The core curriculum, four foundations, 12 workshops and strategic workbooks are already defined. Delivering the Build Phase live allows the teaching to remain connected to real businesses, real decisions and real implementation questions.
The workshops will be recorded. Cohort members can use the recordings when they cannot attend live, and the core teaching will also help form the future learning library.
Private or business-sensitive participant discussions will not be repurposed as permanent course lessons without appropriate permission.
