02 // Start With The Situation
Start with the business you actually have.
No two businesses arrive at the same point for the same reason.
You may need clearer direction. Your offer or communication may no longer fit the market. Too many decisions may still depend on you. Your systems may have failed to keep pace with growth. Or the business may simply require a different way of working than it did a few years ago.
The first part of the Core Blueprint is therefore about understanding where you are now, what already works, what creates friction and what genuinely deserves attention. Only then do we define the work.
03 // The Four Areas
Four areas give us the bigger picture.
The Core Blueprint looks at your business through four connected areas. Together, they give us a practical view of where the business is strong and where attention may be needed.
Vision & Direction
We look at where the business is going, what matters now and which decisions will shape the next stage. Clear direction makes it easier to choose what deserves your attention - and what does not.
Relations & Marketing
A good business also needs to connect clearly with clients, partners and the market. We examine how you communicate your value, how people find and understand your work, and whether your marketing and client relationships support the business you want to build.
Execution & Profession
Your expertise is one of the foundations of the business. Here we look at your services, professional strengths, delivery and the way your expertise is turned into real value for clients.
Being excellent at your profession matters. But running the business around that expertise requires a different set of skills.
Operations & Systems
A business also needs an operational structure that can support its work. Processes, technology, finance, administration and internal systems all influence how much of the business still depends directly on you.
The goal is not more systems. It is a business that is easier to operate and easier to lead.
04 // The Personalised Blueprint
Your Blueprint is built around what needs attention.
The Entrepreneurial Core Blueprint is not a personalised version of a fixed course. There is a framework behind the work, but the route through it is individual.
Depending on your situation, we may work on entrepreneurial skills such as decision-making, strategic thinking, leadership, adaptability, communication, organisation, confidence or collaboration. These are areas already developed extensively within TRSA's entrepreneurial programmes, including From Expert to Entrepreneur.
But skills development is only one part of the partnership.
We also work directly with the real decisions, priorities and challenges of your business. When the issue requires a practical or technical solution rather than another conversation, the work can extend into processes, systems, communication or other areas of implementation.
You work on what your business actually needs - not everything that happens to exist in a program.
05 // The Partnership
A personalized business mentoring partnership.
The Core Blueprint is primarily designed for entrepreneurs and solopreneurs with an existing business.
It can also be relevant to someone carrying significant management responsibility inside a business, but the main focus remains the person whose decisions and way of working directly shape the company.
The partnership usually develops over approximately six to twelve months.
A more focused situation may require a shorter engagement. A larger change involving several parts of the business - for example, a substantial communication or digital-development project - may naturally require longer.
That scope is agreed around the actual situation. There is no artificial need to make every client fit the same programme.
06 // How We Work
How the Core Blueprint works.
The Core Blueprint looks at your business through four connected areas. Together, they give us a practical view of where the business is strong and where attention may be needed.
01
We begin with a thorough assessment
The partnership starts with a detailed review of your current situation - both the business itself and the way you operate within it.
We look at the four core areas, evaluate what is already working, identify the areas that need attention, and define the initial priorities for the work. This gives us a clear starting point rather than relying on assumptions or a predefined programme.
02
We work through the priorities together
Consultations take place online, typically every one to two weeks, depending on the length of the partnership, the complexity of the work and what is happening in the business at the time.
Between consultations, you can stay in contact through WhatsApp when questions or relevant situations arise. Working materials, exercises and development journals are usually kept online, primarily in Google Docs and Google Sheets, so they remain accessible and can develop alongside the work.
03
The plan can change when the situation changes
The Core Blueprint is deliberately not fixed. As you develop new skills, make decisions or change parts of the business, different priorities may emerge.
For longer partnerships, we therefore include a quarterly orientation review. We compare the current situation with the original direction and decide whether anything should be adjusted, added or simplified.
The plan serves the business - not the other way around.
04
We finish by evaluating what changed
The partnership closes with a final evaluation. We look back at the original starting point, review the progress across the relevant areas, and identify what has changed, what has become stronger and what may still deserve attention afterwards.
We see clearly what has become stronger and what may still deserve attention afterwards, ensuring that the business continues to operate from a position of renewed sovereignty.
07 // The Mentor
Who you work with.
László Rém
Founder of The Real Shifter Academy

László Rém, founder of The Real Shifter Academy, leads the Entrepreneurial Core Blueprint.
László combines more than a decade of professional architectural experience with over a decade of mentoring entrepreneurs and professionals. His architectural background still shapes the way he approaches business development: first understand the whole situation, then identify what genuinely needs attention, and only then decide what should change.
You remain responsible for the decisions and the work inside your business.
László brings an outside perspective, a structured way of looking at complex situations, and the mentoring needed to develop the skills and capabilities that matter for your next stage.
08 // From Understanding To Implementation
Understanding the problem is useful only if something changes afterwards.
That may mean making a difficult decision, changing how you lead, developing a capability you currently lack, clarifying an offer, introducing a better process, changing how the business communicates, or building a system that takes unnecessary work off your shoulders.
The purpose of the Entrepreneurial Core Blueprint is to connect understanding, development and practical change in one coherent partnership.
09 // Communication Architecture
Where Communication Architecture can fit.
Sometimes the work reveals that the challenge is not only inside the business.
Your positioning, message, website, client journey or wider digital presence may also need substantial development. In that case, Communication Architecture can become a connected part of the wider work.
It is not automatically included in every Core Blueprint partnership. It becomes relevant when the business actually needs it.
10 // Who This Is For
Who this is for.
The Core Blueprint is designed for people who already have something real to work with.
You may be an established solopreneur, consultant, service provider or small business owner whose expertise is strong, but whose business now requires clearer direction, stronger entrepreneurial skills or a more mature way of operating.
It can also be relevant if you carry significant management responsibility inside a business and your decisions directly shape how that business operates
You are probably not looking for another collection of business tips. You want to understand what needs attention in your business, decide what should change and work through those changes with someone who can see both the person and the business around them.
11 // Frequently Asked Questions
Questions & answers.
Resolving structural doubts before engagement. The condition for moving forward is executive clarity.
Who is the Entrepreneurial Core Blueprint for?
It is primarily designed for solopreneurs, consultants, service-based business owners and other entrepreneurs with an existing business. It can also be relevant to managers whose role has a significant influence on the way a business operates. The common point is that there is already a real business situation to examine and develop.
How is the Core Blueprint different from From Expert to Entrepreneur?
From Expert to Entrepreneur follows a structured development path built around common entrepreneurial skills and business foundations. The Core Blueprint uses the same wider body of knowledge and the same four-area framework, but the work is personalised around your actual business. You do not go through every topic. We select the skills, strategic work and practical development that are relevant to your situation.
How long does the partnership usually last?
Most partnerships develop over approximately six to twelve months. The exact length depends on your starting point, the complexity of the work and how broad the required changes are. A focused situation may take less time, while a larger business or communication-development project may require longer.
How often are the consultations?
Consultations are online and usually take place every one to two weeks. The rhythm depends on the length of the partnership, the current priorities and the amount of work happening between sessions. WhatsApp is available between consultations for relevant questions and situations that arise during the work.
Is Communication Architecture included?
Not automatically. If the work shows that your positioning, message, website, client journey or wider digital presence needs substantial development, Communication Architecture can become a connected part of the wider engagement. It is included only when it is relevant to the actual business need.
What happens after I book a Strategic Business Conversation?
The conversation is the first opportunity to look at your current situation, what you want to change and whether a personalised mentoring partnership is an appropriate next step. You do not need to decide in advance that the Core Blueprint is right for you.
12 // Start Here
Start with a conversation.
You do not need to know in advance whether the Entrepreneurial Core Blueprint is the right programme for you.
That is what the first conversation is for.
We look at where the business is now, what you are trying to change and whether a personalised mentoring partnership makes sense.
Before we meet, I would like to understand a little about your business, what is happening now, and what you would like to change. Your answers will help us make the conversation more useful from the start.
